Shri Sharma Steeltech India Pvt. Ltd.'s Bars are subjected to controlled in-line process of hardening and tempering through to hot rolling process. As soon as the bars crosses the last finishing stand, ribbed bars are made to pass through specially designed water cooling system. In this process, bar's outer surface gets severely quenched, which consequently produces a composite structure with a strong tempered martensite rim & ductile core. This yields high strength and good ductility in bars, thereby making them ideally suitable for high rise buildings.
